Since 1999 members of the Vermont Police Canine Association along with other regional organizations have directly steered the development of RMS Canine Tracking Software™. We recognize the impact these handlers and canine enthusiasts have had on the evolution and success of the RMS System, and mutually support the goals of the Vermont Police Canine Association.

Through our Affiliate Program proceeds are made available to assist in the training and equipment needs of the VPCA.
